Participation in AIRS 2026 is open to all individuals interested in or working in the fields of artificial intelligence and remote sensing. Technical sessions will be organized based on the conference topics. In addition to the general sessions, there will be Development Competition submissions, which follow the specific guidelines provided in the Development Competition document.
Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Springer LNAI format available at the link.
Research papers must be 6–10 pages (short paper) or 11–13 pages (full paper), excluding references. No appendix is allowed. Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered, and the PDF file size must not exceed 10 MB.
A paper submitted to AIRS2026 cannot be under review for any other conference or journal during the entire time it is considered for AIRS2026, and it must be substantially different from any previously published work.
At least one of the authors for the accepted papers needs to attend the conference and present the work.
The submission will be done through the Microsoft CMT website (cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AIRS2026 ).
Please note that you will need to have a CMT account before you try to submit your paper.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Paper submission and notification will be on a rolling base.
